By accessing or using agentPay you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. agentPay may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account. agentPay may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You must not abuse agentPay, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape or harvest data without permission, or use the service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
Paid plans are billed in advance per the price displayed at checkout. Refunds follow agentPay's refund policy communicated at point of sale.
agentPay retains all rights to agentPay's software, designs, and brand. Customer data you submit remains yours; you grant agentPay a limited licence to process it to operate the service.
agentPay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.agentPay disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, agentPay's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or agentPay is limited to the amount you paid agentPay in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. agentPay may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, governing law) survive.
